Before I start, big time SPOILER ALERT

SO GLEEKS, season 3 has come to an end. Now, I don’t know about you guys, but I was highly anticipating the season finale..especially since a lot of the main cast members were graduating and I wanted to know what their futures would hold…and I don’t know about all of you, but I was slightly underwhelmed :/

I’ve been a fan of Glee since the pilot episode, so maybe I had a litte higher expectations of how the seniors would leave…the end of this episode made me want MORE; I felt like there were so many things left unanswered. What I don’t know is, maybe those questions will be answered in next season perhaps?

Regardless, it was a good episode with many favorite moments. We start off the episode with the original glee members singing “Rock the Boat” as Mr. Schuester recalls the very first rehearsal of Glee; OMG, Kurt looked so young!!!! and let’s just say I LOVED LOVED Kurt’s graduation gift from his dad…who can better do the single ladies dance than BURT HUMMEL!?!?

We slowly learn throughout the episode the future for our seniors…so here’s a quickie of what we learn:

1. Santana does not want to go to Kentucky, she wants to go to NY because she knows she’s a star, and her mom (Gloria Estefan) really wants her to, but in the end, is the most supporting mother and let’s Santana pursue her dreams.

2. Brittany has a 0.00 GPA and is flunking, therefore she’s going to repeat her senior year.

3. Puck, who passed his geography exam with a C- (or a Puckerman A+), with the help of Quinn (and a kiss), graduates!

4. Mike Chang is going to Chicago for dance.

5. Kurt does not get into NYADA

6. Finn does not get to work at “Inside the Actor’s Studio”

7. Mercedes get’s discovered, due to her YouTube video, and will be pursuing her dream, starting out as a backup singer

8. Quinn, obviously, going to Yale

9. Rachel gets into NYADA..and finally she is the girl who has it all…but decides to put it on hold and stay with Finn/Kurt to help them go with her to NY.

NOW, when I first realized this I was really angry at her! She fought so hard, only to give it up, and she’s so young. We find that Finn and Rachel are on their way to get married, but turns out Finn takes Rachel to the bus station so she can go to NY, essentially “setting Rachel free” to pursue her dreams as he stays behind. As sad as she is, she realizes Finn is right, and I really hope somewhere along the way, they will find each other again. Finn ends up pursuing the army, to help rebuild his father’s status. Much to many fans dismay, we find out absolutely nothing about Kurt’s future plans.

I found myself wanting MORE out of the episode, maybe more songs..or…maybe I just wasn’t quite ready to say goodbye, but if you guys haven’t heard, Ryan Murphy, in an interview, stated that all the characters will always be welcomed on the show, and will always have a part,  if they still want it so I hope we see a lot of characters return for Season 4.

GLEEKS!!! This season has flew by, just like how it does senior year. This prom episode was an episode I was looking forward to, and it didn’t disappoint.

The episode opens with Rachel still getting over her “choke” when trying out for NYADA, and totally feeling sorry for herself. To add insult to injury, she finds that Finn and Quinn have both been nominated for the Prom Court. Enfuriated, she starts her “Anti-Prom” dance, or as Santana put it, her own little pity party, since she isn’t getting everything she wants. Other “anti-prom” person is Becky, who soon realizes that life isn’t like the commercial, and that she wasn’t nominated to be on the prom court.

Quinn is still doing physical therapy, and we find that she is slowly improving, taking small steps to her goal of walking. Although she knows that she will be able to eventually walk, she decides to keep it a secret until prom day, in order to get pity votes from all her fellow classmates, so that she can finally get what she wants, to be Prom Queen. Finn then finds out her secret and makes her realize that she has everything, and poor Rachel has nothing, thus Quinn sacrifices her win, to let Rachel be crowned Prom Queen w/ Finn as Prom King, and all is……GREAT! I began to get my old feelings back for Quinn…those feelings of her getting on my nerves and her selfish ways, but this was the perfect way to show that Quinn really does have a heart!

Favorite Moments:
1. Who needs ONE DIRECTION when you got the Glee Boys performing that song?
2. I loved that Puck and Becky crowned themselves Anti-Prom King/ Queen and strolled arm and arm to the prom! CUTE!
3. I don’t think that anyone is as cute as Blaine and his fro
4. You can’t get any more creative than a Dino themed prom..then again I like Dinosaurs (Like Mike Chang), so I may be a bit biased

SPOILER ALERT! SPOILER ALERT!

How did everyone enjoy the disco fever episode? I really enjoyed this episode because I am a sucker for 70′s music. All the songs picked were some of my ultimate favorites…now on to the juicy stuff.

This episode mostly concentrated on Finn, Mercedes, and Santana; the three seniors that had no idea what they wanted to do after high school. Finn felt like a loser, Mercedes wanted to become famous without the support of her dentist father, and Santana wanted to be famous, no matter what it took…(well, expect for a sex tape, right?).

Now…how about the introduction to the new character? WADE/UNIQUE…I love HER! Glee has a great way of introducing all kinds of characters and now they’ve introduced a character who is a boy…..on the outside, but secretly a girl on the inside. What better way to introduce a new character then to have her fiercely BELT a bad ass song on stage? LOVED IT LOVED IT!! I love that Glee continues to show more and more diversity to open up people’s minds.

All in all, great episode. What did you guys think? A few questions for you:

SPOILER ALERT!

I say this or think this after every single episode of Glee, but this time I really mean it. This has got to be, by far, the best episode, my most favorite episode of the season. Not only were all the songs, and the Mash Up AMAZING, but the underlying message was great. Max Adler, aka Karofsky, did an excellent job tonight, and absolutely deserves a standing ovation.

What’s scary to think is that bullying is so much more easier and horrible now than it was before. I was teased back in the days of Elementary school, but I can’t imagine how I would have been if there was all this social media. As much as people don’t admit it, words really sting! I think it’s great that this topic was discussed in this weeks episode, and hopefully it can show everyone that “you are not alone.” Seek help if you need it, and just remember “those who matter don’t mind, and those who mind don’t matter.” Never feel that there is no where to turn to.

NOW, I’m a little UPSET that the finale ENDED THE WAY IT DID! I was beginning to LIKE QUINN again!!! Besides that…best episode EVER!
